In this case, first of all, root canal treatment is applied to the tooth, if necessary, simple surgical corrections are made on the gum, and then an onlay filling is placed on the tooth.
Since the risk of fracture of the tooth or filling is quite low in onlay filling, the treatment can be completed without the need for a crown.
